Modern residents expect easy, online payment options. AppFolio gives residents three convenient ways to pay electronically (Cash, E-check, or with a credit card).

11 Statements

Owner statements are securely posted to an online Owners Portal, saving time and paper. These simple statements provide you with a quick snapshot of your property details for the past month. We can also include maintenance invoices and additional reports you request.

12 Payments

Our payment services includes sending clients monthly payments as well as property bills and vendor services.

13 Accounting

We take care of all your accounting needs including rent collection and direct deposits. Our owners receive monthly statements that include income, expenses, and year to date totals. The easy-to-read statements can be accessed through your owner portal 24/7.

14 Reporting

We provide a yearly income and expense report that includes Form 1099-MISC and year-end Financial Property Report.
